Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively explaining product value.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.

Education & Experience:
- Minimum Intermediate
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Experience in a relevant organization is a plus.
