Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle incoming sales inquiries, provide product/service information, and convert leads into customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers.
  2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  3. Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, and benefits.
  4. Convert leads into sales by effectively explaining product value.
  5. Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
  6. Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and close deals.
  7. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
  8. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  9. Stay up to date with company products, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, telesales, or customer service.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Intermediate
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Experience in a relevant organization is a plus.
